The Estate

A property that changes how a company spends a week together.

The Muskoka Reserve is booked one way: exclusively. When your company takes the estate, every acre of it — the lodge, the pool, the waterfront, the trails, the river — belongs to your group alone. No other guests. No shared amenities. No schedule but yours.

The main lodge holds more than seven bedroom suites and gathering spaces built for real work: a great room that seats the whole leadership team around one table, breakout corners by the fire, and a covered porch that turns into an open-air boardroom when the weather cooperates.

Beyond the lodge, three hundred acres of Canadian Shield forest carry a private lake, a river running through the property, a firepit lookout facing the sunset, and enough land that two teams can spend an afternoon outdoors and never cross paths.

Warm timber, stone, deep blue, candlelight.

Every interior, porch and garden on the property is being rebuilt to a single design direction — resolved room by room before renovation began, and now under construction.

Programming

Built for the ways companies actually gather.

Every stay is programmed around your objective. Tell us what the week needs to accomplish — we build the estate around it.

Format 01

Leadership Offsites

Strategy weeks and executive planning sessions with the whole property as your campus — plenary in the great room, breakouts by the fire, decisions at the lookout.

Format 02

Incentive & Reward Trips

President's-club-calibre stays for top performers: chef-led dining, guided days on private water, and evenings that end at the firepit instead of a hotel bar.

Format 03

Team Summits & All-Hands

Day-event capacity for up to sixty brings the wider team north — product launches, kickoffs and annual gatherings with full catering and AV support.

Format 04

Wellness & Recovery Retreats

Structured restoration led by licensed practitioners: breathwork, sauna and cold-water protocols, forest immersion and facilitated rest for burned-out teams.

Format 05

Sporting Programs

Seasonal, fully licensed and guided: fishing on private waters, sporting clays, and permitted hunts on estate land with professional outfitters.

Format 06

Productions & Brand Shoots

Three hundred acres of locations, one basecamp: film, photo and content productions with lodge accommodations for cast and crew.

The spa porch — wicker seating, stone planters, lantern light and a view over the grounds The Spa Porch
The Spa Porch

Where the retreat part of the retreat happens.

A covered porch built for slowing down: lantern light, natural textures and a straight view over the grounds. Morning breathwork starts here, evening wind-downs end here, and in between it's the quietest seat on three hundred acres.

Paired with the sauna, cold plunge and waterfront, it anchors the estate's wellness programming — every session run by licensed practitioners, built into your stay as lightly or as fully as your group wants.

Logistics

Good questions, straight answers.

How exclusive is "exclusive use"?

Completely. One organization per booking — the lodge, grounds, waterfront and every acre of the property are yours for the duration of the stay. There are no other guests and no shared facilities.

How do teams get there?

The estate is under three hours north of Toronto by road. We arrange executive coach or private car transfers for the full group, timed to your program, so nobody navigates cottage-country traffic on their own.

Can the estate support a real working session?

Yes — connectivity, presentation AV, printing and facilitation support are all available. The great room seats a full leadership team in plenary; breakout spaces are spread across the lodge, porch and grounds.

What about food?

Chef-led dining is the default for corporate stays: breakfast service, working lunches and long-table dinners built around your schedule and dietary needs, using the estate's chef's kitchen and outdoor dining spaces.

Are the sporting programs licensed?

Fully. Fishing on the private waters and seasonal hunts on estate land run exclusively through professional, licensed guides and outfitters, in compliance with Ontario regulations. Participants require applicable licences, which our outfitting partners help arrange in advance.

When can we book?

The full-property redesign is underway now. We are accepting reservation requests for the 2027 seasons, with priority scheduling for multi-year corporate partners.
