On August 3 we examined repairfind.ca from the outside — no passwords, no access, just public evidence. The error is real, and it's the most fixable kind of WordPress failure there is. Your data is intact, your email works, and there are three separate ways back online.
Everything below comes from publicly observable evidence: DNS records, live browser renders, and your site's own responses. It's all documented, line by line, in the full audit.
Fresh visits to repairfind.ca and its inner pages hit a dead end. The failure sits in the page-rendering layer — a plugin or theme conflict, almost certainly caused by an automatic update. Not a hack. Nothing deleted.
"There has been a critical error on this website." — repairfind.ca, live renderEverything underneath. The login system, database, and WordPress core all respond normally. Your company email on Microsoft 365 is unaffected. DNS is clean. Some visitors still see an older cached copy of the site.
Your hosting plan keeps automatic daily backups with one-click restore, and a complete public archive of the site exists from June 6, 2026. The worst case here is a restore — not a rebuild.
Both Critical findings are among the cheapest to fix. Five of the Low findings are good news.
14 pages. Every finding, the exact evidence behind it, severity, effort, owner, and the fix — plus the roadmap and evidence log. Nothing in it requires you to take our word for anything.
Three phases, in the only order that makes sense: fix the site, remove the risk that made this outage drag on, then get back to growing.
Everything on this page starts with about ten minutes of your time. None of it involves sharing a password with anyone.
From your GoDaddy account: Account Settings → Delegate Access → invite us. It's GoDaddy's built-in feature for exactly this — you stay in full control, see everything we do, and can revoke it any time.
If you have one, send it through a password manager share — not email. If you don't have one, that's fine: we can recover it through the hosting access in step 1.
When this error happened, WordPress sent an automated email titled "Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue" to the site's admin address. It names the exact broken component. Check the inbox and forward it if it's there.
The outage is a software problem. The reason it dragged on is an ownership problem. Phase 1 ends with every one of these in accounts registered to RepairFind — not to us, and not to any developer.
Inherited a slow, leaky build: closed the security holes, rebuilt the CDN and image pipeline, and took the Lighthouse score from 45 to 86 — with organic traffic doubling.
A 40-year-old market moved onto a modern platform — Next.js, Payload CMS, Stripe, CRM integration, and marketing automation — built to be owned and operated by the client, not rented from a vendor.
Receipts, not promises.
"Guys!!! WOW! This is awesome 😍 I love it 💖 So happy to see the results!"
"It's rare to find such young and passionate professionals. I am privileged to work with them... Their creativity, work ethic, skills and drive are exceptional. Just look at what they did for Art Villas in only 5 shooting days!"
Once delegate access exists, diagnosis typically takes about an hour and resolution the same day — either by disabling the broken component or restoring the most recent pre-error backup. "Days 1–3" in the plan is deliberately conservative; it includes verification, cache clearing, and monitoring setup.
No. GoDaddy delegate access works without any password changing hands, and you can revoke it in one click. If a WordPress login gets shared, it goes through a password manager, and we'll help you rotate credentials once the access audit is done. The whole point of Phase 1 is fewer people holding keys — not more.
The recovery doesn't depend on their cooperation. If your company controls the GoDaddy account — or can prove ownership through business and billing records — the site, domain, and DNS are recoverable through the provider directly. We'll map exactly who holds what as the first step, and anything contractual belongs with your lawyer, not with us.
Nothing observed suggests any data loss — the database and login system respond normally, which means content and signups are sitting there intact. Before anyone touches anything we take a fresh backup of the current state, and a complete public archive from June 6, 2026 exists as an independent reference.
The audit is yours regardless — no commercial terms appear in it, on purpose. Recovery is a small, tightly-scoped piece of work, and stabilisation is a short project we'll price on the call once we've seen the error log and know exactly what's involved. No retainers required to get your site back.
Thirty minutes is enough to walk the findings and start the clock. The delegate-access invite alone is enough for us to begin.
